A free base for Paint Tool Sai, all assets organized into easy to find folders with layers.  Best use with 5 main steps:

1: Arrange the layers to make the line art you want
2. Click Layer > Flatten image 
3. Important!! Save as a new file immediately after. 
4. Click Layer > Lumosity to transparency
5. Color in the new line art layer
